This 2 ingredient yogurt cheesecake is a viral no-bake dessert made with thick yogurt and cookies only. Creamy, cheesecake-like, and incredibly easy, it sets in the fridge without baking, gelatin, or cream cheese.

- 2 cups thick Greek yogurt or skyr
- 12–15 cookies (Biscoff, shortbread, coconut cookies, or Oreos)
Instructions
- Spoon the cold, thick yogurt into a bowl and smooth it out until creamy.
- Lightly crush the cookies or keep them whole, depending on your preferred texture.
- In a glass bowl, jar, or mold, layer yogurt and cookies evenly.
- Gently press the layers together without compacting too tightly.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, until fully set.
- Serve directly from the container or unmold carefully before serving.
Notes
Use very thick yogurt for best results; thin yogurt may prevent setting. Overnight chilling gives the most cheesecake-like texture. This recipe works best in individual portions or small molds.
