Instructions
- Sprinkle the gelatin over ¼ cup cool water and let it bloom for 1–2 minutes.
- Warm the remaining water over low heat until hot but not boiling.
- Add the bloomed gelatin and whisk gently until completely dissolved.
- Remove from heat, stir in vanilla and sweetener, and add any optional creamy ingredients.
- Pour into small cups or ramekins.
- Chill for 2–3 hours, or until fully set.

Notes
