Instructions

  1. Combine fruit juice and agar agar powder in a small saucepan — do not add agar to cold liquid without heating
  2. Whisk together and bring to a gentle boil over medium heat, stirring constantly
  3. Simmer for 2 full minutes while stirring until agar is fully dissolved
  4. Remove from heat and add sweetener if using, stir to combine
  5. Pour into a glass dish or individual molds
  6. Leave at room temperature for 20 minutes

Notes
