Description
A simple daily gelatin drink that targets belly fat through natural GLP-1 stimulation, cortisol reduction and blood sugar stabilization. Takes 5 minutes to make and costs under $0.30 per serving.

- 1 packet (7g) unflavored gelatin (Knox or any brand)
- 1 cup warm water (40°C — not boiling)
- Juice of ½ fresh lemon
- 1 pinch pink Himalayan salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground ginger (optional)
- A few drops liquid stevia or monk fruit to taste
- 250mg vitamin C powder (optional)
Instructions
- Pour warm water into a glass or mug.
- Sprinkle gelatin over the surface and let it bloom for 2 minutes without stirring.
- Stir gently until fully dissolved, about 60 seconds.
- Add lemon juice, pink salt, ginger, and vitamin C powder if using.
- Sweeten with stevia or monk fruit to taste.
- Drink immediately while still warm, 20–30 minutes before your main meal or 30–60 minutes before bed.
Notes
For best results, drink daily for at least 6–8 weeks. The pre-bed timing is most effective for cortisol reduction and belly fat loss during sleep. Use unflavored gelatin only — flavored Jello contains added sugar that counteracts the benefits. Vegan alternative: replace gelatin with 1 tsp agar agar powder.
