Ingredients

- 1 packet (7g) unflavored gelatin — Knox or any brand
- 1 scoop unflavored collagen powder
- 1 cup warm water (40°C — not boiling)
- Juice of ½ lemon, freshly squeezed
- 1 pinch pink Himalayan salt
Instructions
- Sprinkle gelatin over warm water and bloom for 2 minutes
- Stir gently until fully dissolved
- Add collagen powder, lemon juice and pink salt
- Stir again until combined
- Drink warm 20 minutes before your main meal
