Description

Ingredients

  • 1 packet (7g) unflavored gelatin — Knox or any brand
  • 1 scoop unflavored collagen powder
  • 1 cup warm water (40°C — not boiling)
  • Juice of ½ lemon, freshly squeezed
  • 1 pinch pink Himalayan salt

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle gelatin over warm water and bloom for 2 minutes
  2. Stir gently until fully dissolved
  3. Add collagen powder, lemon juice and pink salt
  4. Stir again until combined
  5. Drink warm 20 minutes before your main meal
