Ingredients

- 1 teaspoon gelatin powder
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Instructions
- Warm the water until slightly hot but not boiling.
- Add gelatin powder and stir until fully dissolved.
- Mix in fresh lemon juice.
- Add cinnamon and stir well.
