Description
The classic Lipojaro drink recipe — a warm gelatin drink with apple cider vinegar and cinnamon. Just 30 calories and 3 minutes to make. Drink before meals for appetite control.
Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon (7g) unflavored gelatin powder
- 1 cup hot water (170°F / 75°C)
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon raw honey (optional)
- Pinch of ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Sprinkle gelatin over 2 tablespoons of cold water in a mug. Let bloom for 2 minutes until spongy.
- Pour 1 cup of hot water over the bloomed gelatin. Stir until completely dissolved.
- Add apple cider vinegar, fresh lemon juice, honey, and cinnamon. Stir well.
- Sip slowly 15-20 minutes before lunch or dinner.
- Follow with a full glass of water for best results.
Notes
For a metabolism boost, replace hot water with brewed green tea (Recipe #2). For more protein, add 1 scoop of protein powder after the gelatin dissolves. Start with the simple version for your first week, then experiment with variations. Drink extra water throughout the day — gelatin absorbs liquid in your stomach.
