A powerful 5-minute morning brain drink made with raw honey, turmeric, Ceylon cinnamon, black pepper and ashwagandha. Designed to support memory, focus, metabolism and cortisol balance naturally.
Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon raw unfiltered honey
- 0.3 teaspoons ground turmeric
- 0.3 teaspoons Ceylon cinnamon (not Cassia)
- 0.1 teaspoons black pepper
- 0.5 teaspoons ashwagandha or lion’s mane powder
- 250 milliliters warm water (60-70°C, not boiling)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
Instructions
- Heat 250 milliliters warm water (60-70°C, not boiling) to approximately 65°C. If boiling, let cool for 3-4 minutes before using.
- Add 1 tablespoon raw unfiltered honey to your cup and pour about 50ml of warm water over it. Stir until fully dissolved.
- Add 0.3 teaspoons ground turmeric, 0.3 teaspoons Ceylon cinnamon, 0.1 teaspoons black pepper and 0.5 teaspoons ashwagandha or lion’s mane powder. Stir vigorously for 30 seconds until well incorporated.
- Add the remaining warm water and 1 teaspoon lemon juice if using.
- Stir once more and drink immediately while warm. Best consumed on an empty stomach before breakfast.
Notes
Always use Ceylon cinnamon instead of Cassia for daily use due to lower coumarin content. Choose ashwagandha for stress support or lion’s mane for focus enhancement. Never use boiling water as it destroys honey’s enzymes and polyphenols. For variation, add 1 teaspoon raw cacao powder or serve cold over ice.
